The Selection Process (Master's Degree)

The applications for the Master's Degree in Mentoring are open for the academic year 2026-2027.

All candidates must fill in the online form here before 31st July 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Candidates must also join the following Telegram group with their real name by clicking on the link or scanning the QR code.


Conditions

Candidates of both genders are eligible for selection

To be eligible all candidates must:

  1. Be public school teachers holding at least a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Be teachers from target schools such as New Generation Schools, Resource Schools, Model Schools, and STEM Schools
  3.  Have a minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience (as stated in the official appointment letter)
  4. Have English language proficiency (ability to read and listen)
  5. Have ICT skills for education (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  6. Provide a letter of recommendation from the school principal where they are currently employed.

The Tests

Writing Tests

Writing tests will be held on Sunday, 30th August 2026 at the National Institute of Education, Phnom Penh, from 8:00 a.m. 

They will consist of three tests:

  1. A pedagogical test consisting in a mix of multiple-choice and open-ended questions in Khmer, 1 hour.
  2. An English test proficiency test, 1.5 hour, intermediate level.
  3. A case study in Khmer, 1 hour.

Oral Tests

The candidates who pass the writing tests successfully will be invited to the oral tests before 15th September 2026.
It will consist of two parts:
  1. A teaching trial on the topic of their choice, 20 minutes,
  2. A job interview, 20 minutes.
