The main program of NGPRD is the Master's Degree of Education in Mentoring.
It is an accelerate course in one year (plus a few months outside of the NIE to complete the thesis). It is open to existing public-school teachers in Cambodia. Students of the Master's in Mentoring retain their salary as public servants for the duration of their studies. In exchange for these generous conditions they commit to work as public servants for six years.
Additionally, the NGPRD provide shorter courses on mentoring on an ad hoc basis. Partner NGOs and institutions can contact us to negotiate a tailored program.
